Nicole Misencik with WTHR will kick off our second annual Winter Warm Up on Saturday, February 27. The Winter Warm Up features four-mile and eight-mile run/walk courses on the Indianapolis Cultural Trail: A Legacy of Gene and Marilyn Glick.
The Cultural Trail provides a perfect route for beginners and seasoned veterans while enjoying a unique urban race experience, showcasing the Trail’s art and connectivity to downtown neighborhoods. All proceeds support snow and ice removal efforts on the Cultural Trail, which is cleared all winter long.

She has great enthusiasm and is committed to a healthy lifestyle that includes running on the Cultural Trail. “ said Indianapolis Cultural Trail, Inc. Executive Director, Kären Haley. “We look forward to her joining us and sharing her passion for all things Indy.”
Registration is $25 in advance and $30 day of the race. If running isn’t your thing, you can still show your support for the Cultural Trail and pay $25 to not run and get a race shirt. Both courses begin and end at City Market.
