Join Indy Community Yoga and the Indianapolis Cultural Trail each Tuesday at 6pm for a peaceful and rejuvenating mindfulness walk on the downtown canal! Led by experienced teachers from Indy Community Yoga, you’ll be taken on a quiet walking and mindfulness session that is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and centered. This event is FREE to attend, but please be sure to register. All ages are welcome. The loop is paved and mostly flat. There are a couple of gentle ramps up and down.
Location Details: Meet on the downtown canal at the 9th Street near Black Leaf Vegan. There is free street parking nearby around 9th and Senate as well as a pay parking garage.
