On July 23, 2015, Indiana University Public Policy Institute released a report titled “Assessment of the Impact of the Indianapolis Cultural Trail: A Legacy of Gene and Marilyn Glick.”
The Institute also issued an issue brief titled “Reasons to love the Indianapolis Cultural Trail: A Legacy of Gene and Marilyn Glick.”
The major findings of the report show that properties on or within one block of the Indianapolis Cultural Trail: A Legacy of Gene and Marilyn Glick has an increase in their assessed property value with a total increase of $1 Billion.
