There is something new to see on the Cultural Trail! Topiary, designed and built by Eric Nordgulen is a part of The Public Collection, which was officially unveiled at an event on Monument Circle Thursday.
The Public Collection is a public art and literacy project developed by Rachel Simon to improve literacy, foster a deeper appreciation of the arts, and raise awareness for educational justice in our community. Books are supplied by the Indianapolis Public Library.
Topiary was vetted and approved by the Trail’s Curatorial Advisory Committee and will be installed for a two year period. It is located outside of Scotty’s as the Trail heads south on Virginia Ave. Get out on the Trail and find a book to borrow!
