Hi there! I can’t believe I’ve been on the Indianapolis Cultural Trail: A Legacy of Gene and Marilyn Glick for almost a decade! I’d like to share with you the amazing things I get to witness from my home on the Cultural Trail at the intersection of Mass Ave and Alabama St – one of the most exciting scenes in the city. Every day I witness the Cultural Trail come alive! It starts with morning commuters and ends with night owls making their way home after a fun night with friends. I see people on bikes, in wheelchairs, pushing strollers, or on a run…sometimes I even see a dog on a skateboard! Each day on the Cultural Trail is it’s own unique and dynamic experience. I love being a part of your journey. I can always count on at least one group of people to catch my groove and start to“Sway the Ann Way”. It warms my heart to see people of all ages posing at the “NDY” sign. I have seen it all – handstands, human pyramids, even a marriage proposal! You really do put the “I” in Indy. I’m so grateful that there is an organization taking care of me and my home, the Cultural Trail. TheIndianapolis Cultural Trail, a nonprofit organization, maintains and protects the 8 mile linear park including the 10 piece Permanent Public Art Collection. Because of the Cultural Trail team, I get to be a part of this city we are all so proud to call home. Let’s ensure that this beautiful connection will continue to support you in all the many things you use it for. Become a Friend of the Cultural Trail. Invest in the future of our city. Thank you for your gift to the Cultural Trail, I love sharing Indy with you. Love, Ann Dancing P.S. Don’t wait another minute – become a Friend of the Cultural Trail now! |
