Lace up your walking shoes and grab your yoga mat! AARP Indiana is calling all members and friends to join us and the Indianapolis Cultural Trail twice a month for a morning of connection, light exercise, and respite.
During this event series, you will have the option of joining us every second Friday for Morning Stretch with AARP, an all-levels yoga session before a group walk, as well as every fourth Friday for a group walk only. Additionally, participants will hear about the latest in caregiving, resources, and issues that are important to the 50-plus community and their families.
Each event will start at the Indianapolis Cultural Trail’s office, located at 132 West Walnut Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204, at 10 a.m. Registration for each event is required, but you do not need to be an AARP member to participate. Please bring your personal yoga mat for Morning Stretch if possible as there will be a limited number of mats and blocks to borrow. See you on the trail!
