Baby and Me

Enjoy some quality time with your little one with some gentle movement and enrichment at the tranquil Downtown Canal. Baby and Me is a FREE 45 minute class held every Friday at 11 AM with Tiffanie King of 3BFit Body Beauty Brain. It is designed to encourage development and sustain a sense of calm. During the introduction to yoga portion of the class, you’ll work on motor skills and build confidence as you strengthen your bond. The stroller walk will stimulate your little explorer’s senses and allow adults a chance to socialize with other young families while getting exercise.

The class is designed for children 0-5 and an adult caregiver. Children can be accompanied by more than one adult, and similarly caregivers may bring more than one child. Class will meet outdoors next to the Colts Playspace at the Downtown Canal every Friday 11 AM. Please bring a blanket or mat to sit in the shade and stroller or kid’s bike. Participants are also encouraged to bring water, milk, snacks, hats, sunscreen, additional shade, stroller fans, and anything else that will keep their little ones comfortable. Class is FREE, but registration is recommended.
