Combine cardio and strength training for a unique, full body workout along the scenic Downtown Canal! Bike & Bootcamp is offered every Monday at 6 PM. This FREE, dynamic fitness class starts and ends at the Orange Bridge, where the Indianapolis Cultural Trail intersects with the Downtown Canal near the Colts Canal Playspace. Participants will ride 2-3 miles by bike with several stops for body weight exercises, such as squats, dips, stairs, wall sits, and push-ups. Class is led by Tiffianie King of 3 B Fit Body, Beauty & Brain.
All ages, bodies, and fitness levels welcome. Participants should bring their own bike, helmet, and water. Want to join, but don’t have a bike? A Pacers Bikeshare station is conveniently located near the start and finish for anyone needing one. Class is FREE but registration is required.
