Combine cardio and strength training for a unique, full body workout along the scenic Downtown Canal! Join us every Monday at 5:30 PM from the Orange Bridge for this FREE, dynamic fitness class. Participants will ride 2-3 miles by bike with several stops for body weight exercises, such as squats, dips, stairs, wall sits, and push-ups. Class is led by Tiffanie King of 3 B Fit Body Beauty and Brain.
All ages, bodies, and fitness levels welcome. Participants should bring their own bike, helmet, and water. Want to join, but don’t have a bike? A Pacers Bikeshare station is conveniently located at the start and finish for anyone needing to rent a bike. Class is free, but registration is recommended.
