Join us as we make history and open the first segment of the Indianapolis Cultural Trail expansion on Indiana Avenue and 10th Street. Mingle with community leaders and neighborhood supporters as we cut the ribbon on the next chapter. Event also includes a special performance from Indiana Avenue jazz legends.
