Curling on the Canal: Learn to Curl

Learn to curl this winter with the Indianapolis Cultural Trail and Circle City Curling Club! Join us at the scenic Downtown Canal anytime from 1:00-3:00 PM on Sundays to learn all about this popular winter sport, including how to deliver the stone, scoring, and basic strategy, from our instructors. Play a match or two on Indianapolis’ only synthetic ice curling rinks located in Vermont St. Plaza West on the Downtown Canal. Learn to Curl clinics are FREE and open to the public.  All ages are encouraged to participate.

Curling on the Canal is located in Vermont St. Plaza West, just in front of Homewood Suites by Hilton Downtown IUPUI (414 W. Vermont St.) and south of the American College of Sports Medicine Fitness Garden. Nearby street parking is located on Senate Ave., Indiana Ave., New York St., and Ohio St. and is FREE on Sundays.
