Family Flow Yoga

Join us every Sunday from 10:00-11:00 AM at the Admiral Spruance Basin on the Downtown Canal for a FREE outdoor yoga class that’s perfect for all ages. Family Flow Yoga led by Pure Soul features a fun, kid-friendly session that’s suitable for toddlers through teens. Grab your yoga mats and gets ready to flow as Family as you make memories and embrace your inner child.

Please note that an adult must accompany minors. No experience is necessary for this beginner friendly class. A limited number of mats are available to borrow if you cannot bring your own. Class is free, but a waiver must be complete for every participant. Registration is preferred.
