Tie-Dye Friday

Summer isn’t over yet! Join us for some FREE family fun at Tie-Dye Friday on the Downtown Canal. Kids of all ages, and kids at heart, will enjoy a variety of summer activities, including the opportunity to tie-dye a shirt, yard games, and FREE popsicles, on Friday, August 2 from 4-6 PM next to the Colts Canal Playspace.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own washed shirt if possible as a limited number of free t-shirts in select sizes will be available. This community event is FREE and open to all ages.
Getting to Downtown Canal: The Colts Canal Playspace is located at 701 Canal Walk, near the intersection of the Indianapolis Cultural Trail/ Walnut St. and Senate Ave. Visit the Downtown Canal website for more information on parking, bike parking, and transit.
Looking for more family fun on the Downtown Canal? Head down to the Indiana State Museum for Community Movie Night to watch the Lego Movie at 8 PM.
