Indy’s newest Trick or Treat route along the Downtown Canal and Cultural Trail! This event features a safe, well-lit walking route with several stops to collect treats and participate in fun activities. Walk, run, stroll, or bike between stops!This FREE program is open to all ages and abilities. Well-behaved, leased dogs are welcome.
