You’re invited to experience the Downtown Canal this winter!
This winter, the Cultural Trail will host the first Flurries on the Canal, a special series to promote the performing arts as a part of Indy Keeps Creating. From 1pm to 3pm, a variety of performing artists will be featured at the Walnut Street Basin (next to the Orange Bridge).
