First Wednesday Walk

Join us downtown every first Wednesday evening, April through October, for the Hot Walk Indy x Indianapolis Cultural Trail series. From 5:30-6PM, join us at Richard G. Lugar Plaza for a casual meet & greet. Then, 6-7PM we’ll go on an adventurous walk through the vibrant heart of Indianapolis along the beautiful Cultural Trail, while making new friends and memories together.

All ages and walk levels are welcome to join our inclusive community walks. Walk is both stroller and dog-friendly. Participation is FREE and open to all, but registration is required.

Should we cancel for weather, we’ll re-schedule for the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Bike parking is available in Lugar Plaza and the Julia M. Carson Transit Center is conveniently located across the street.  Paid street parking is available at Washington, Delaware, Alabama, and Market St. Paid parking is also available at several nearby lots and garages that are open to the public.
